If accepted, Hakanson Anderson will provide additional team members on an as - needed basis to assist in the design, drafting, and quality control review necessary to complete the plans and specifications of the above -referenced project in the required time frame. Hakanson Anderson is currently finalizing the design for our sixth cooperative agreement grant project and our staff has a wealth of relevant experience. Hakanson Anderson proposes to provide the following services: SCOPE OF WORK • Assist in project design efforts utilizing CAD Technicians/Experienced Design Engineers/Junior Engineers as needed. It is estimated that approximately 250 hours of service may be provided over a four to six week period. Total Estimated Fee .. $22,000.00 • Upon final design by the City of Ramsey Engineering Department, perform a Quality Control Review by a Professional Engineer skilled in the area of design that was not involved in the preparation of the documents. It is estimated that approximately 70 hours of service may be provided over a two to three week period. Total Estimated Fee $7,600.00 The above estimated costs are based upon our standard hourly rate schedule as per our Master Consultant Contract with the City of Ramsey. If approved, the contract amount of $29,600 would be a contract maximum and would not be exceeded unless otherwise approved by the City of Ramsey.
