Mr. Otto noted that the City did receive a sympathetic ear at Legislature when talking about <br />monitoring problems and it would be good for the City to pursue enactment of meaningful <br />Legislation with respect to monitoring. <br /> <br />City Council directed that monitoring legislation be placed high on the City of Ramsey's <br />priority list for the next legislative session. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cich requested that Hakanson Anderson provide the City with a profile <br />sketch, indicating well depths and location of aquifers. Councilmember Cich also <br />requested being provided with information as to why there is no follow-up testing on a well <br />once it has shown contamination. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adjourn <br />the regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Pearson, Peterson, Cich <br />and DeLuca.
