Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-02-033 <br />RESOLUTION TO SELECT A CHAIRPERSON AND ALTERNATE CHAIRPERSON <br />FOR THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, at the first Personnel Committee meeting of the year the committee <br />appoints a Chairperson and alternate Chairperson to serve on the Personnel Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, the Committee wishes to appoint Councilmember Tossey as Chair of the <br />Personnel Committee and Councilmember Backous as the alternate <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br />Motion to approve resolution # 13-02-033 to appoint Councilmember Tossey as Chair of the <br />Personnel Committee and Councilmember Backous as the alternate <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member, <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12t1i day of February 2013. <br />
