Mr. Davis indicated that truck traffic to the property is minimal, approximately one
trip a week, and he was not in favor of constructing a truck turnaround at this time. The consensus
of the City Council was that Mr. Davis should instruct the trucks to accomplish their turnarounds
on the site and not utilize Green Valley Road N.W. for their maneuvering.

Mr. Davis referred to Item #4 of the City Engineer's Report which recommended screening being
extended to the west property line. Mr. Davis stated that he believes the City Engineer meant the
east property line and he prefers not to follow that recommendation as that land is used for
agricultural purposes. Mr. Davis stated that he did submit a detailed site plan and it includes the
planting of Maple, Linden, Blue Spruce and Flowering Crab trees along Green Valley Road at
approximately 30' intervals. City Council was agreeable to Mr. Davis' screening and landscaping
plan and did not require screening at the east property line.

City Council/July 31,1990
Page Z of 3
