Council referred to Item #5 of the City Engineer's Report dated July 27, 1990 and noted that the <br />site plan does indicate projected water usage, location of refuse container, outside lighting and a <br />landscape plan. <br /> <br />Council referred to Item #6 of the City Engineer's Report dated July 27, 1990 and the consensus <br />was that metal siding to the warehouse expansion was acceptable. <br /> <br />City Council again reviewed the City Engineer's recommendation for the construction of a truck <br />turnaround on the site and determined that that requirement should be provided by the fall of 1992. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt Findings <br />of Fact # 0276 relating to Mr. Wayne Davis' request for a Conditional Use Permit for Green Valley <br />Greenhouse. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Pearson, Cich and <br />DeLuca. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve Mr. <br />Wayne Davis' request for a Conditional Use Permit for Green Valley Greenhouse with the permit <br />amended as follows: <br /> a) require landscaping installation to be completed within 90 days from the date of a <br /> permit approval. <br /> b) to waive financial guarantees being provided for the installation of landscaping and <br /> the construction of a truck turnaround but to include that said improvements will be · <br /> subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> c) to require the installation of a track turnaround by the fall of 1992. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Pearson, Peterson, Cich and <br />DeLuca. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adjourn the <br />special City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Pearson, Peterson, Cich and <br />DeLuca.
