<br />1)That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the Agreement for Residential <br />Recycling Program between the City of Ramsey and Anoka County to receive the <br />base allocation of SCORE funds and the additional targeted program funds for <br />monthly collection events and municipal parks recycling. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Backous <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />th <br />Council this the 12 day of February, 2013. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #13-02-029 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
