Commission Business <br />Motion by Commissioner Bauer, seconded by Commissioner Schiller, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt a Resolution approving Findings of Fact relating to the request for an Interim Use <br />Permit, contingent upon the completion of the fire suppression system by September 30, 2012. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Bauer, Van Scoy, Brauer, <br />Field, Perez, and Schiller. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />5.02: Public Hearing: Consider Resolution Approving Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />and Ordinance Approving Zoning Amendment in the WINDSORWOOD <br />Subdivision Related to the City -Owned Lands Project <br />Public Hearing <br />Chairperson Levine called the public hearing to order at 7:09 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />Development Services Manager Gladhill presented the staff report explaining as a part of the <br />annual City Council strategic planning process, developing an inventory of City owned land was <br />identified as a priority.
