PROJECT SCOPE: <br />Acting on behalf of The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota (the "HRA "and /or the "Owner "), Landform Professional <br />Services, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company it's team members and <br />consultants ( "Landform ") shall provide development management services as <br />Owner's representative during the projoct evaluation, foacibility, pro dovolopmont, <br />and development of Owner's approximate 140 -acre property located adjacent to <br />Highway 10 in Ramsey, Minnesota in the Ramsey Town Center subdivision and <br />legally described on attached Exhibit "A" (the "Project "). <br />ARTICLE II. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: <br />105 South Fifth Avenue <br />Suite 513 <br />Minneapolis, MN 55401 <br />Landform shall determine maximum market viability of Project site based upon <br />visioning and mission statements developed under previous efforts. Organize, <br />coordinate and strategically focus the resources and efforts of existing and new team <br />members to maximize critical Project decisions. Cr atc aContinue to support the <br />new identity in the marketplace to bolster confidence in the new Project objectives. <br />Develop viable pro - formas based on Project vision and market conditions. Prepare <br />the Project and team for key events at which to showcase the Project. Initiate <br />introductory meetings of the new Project with potential key users and development <br />partners.
