PROPOSED VARIANCE MR. DAVID HAIDER 11745 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD N.W. PIN: 03-32-25-24-0007 JUNE 20, 1990 On June 28, 1990 the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Sections 170.015F, 170.015G and 170.016A of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. David Haider allowing him to construct an accessory structure in front of the principal structure which will encroach on the required setback from Nowthen Boulevard N.W. on the property legally described as follows: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, described as follows: From the Southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence West on the south line a distance of 830.2 feet to the center line of County road as now constructed, thence Northwesterly with an interior angle to Northeast of 130 degrees 45 minutes and on the chord of the curve in said public road for a distance of 329.5 feet to end of said curve, thence Northwesterly with a deflection angle to the fight from said chord of 5 degrees 15 minutes and on center line of said public road a distance of 150 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence Northeasterly at fight angles 290.4 feet, thence Northwesterly at fight angles 150 feet, thence Southwesterly at fight angles 290.4 feet to center line of said public road, thence Southeasterly on said center line of public road 150 feet to place of beginning. EXCEPT that part thereof lying northerly of the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the center line of County State Aid Highway No. 5 as it is now laid out and traveled, said point of intersection being 857.09 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North 40 degrees 51 minutes 58 seconds West (assumed bearing of South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter is West) along said center line a distance of 132.38 feet; thence Northwesterly along said center line on a curve to the right having a radius of 2864.79 feet with a central angle of 9 degrees 35 minutes 37 seconds for a distance of 479.68 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 54 degrees 53 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 280.53 feet; thence Southeasterly at fight angles a distance of 150 feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles and to a point which is 749.56 feet West of the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter as measured along the South line thereof, said line there terminating. Subject to the right-of-way of County State Aid Highway No. 5. Subject to other valid easements if any. This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: The accessory structure shall not be located any less than 80' from the center line of Nowthen Boulevard N.W.
