PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />THOROUGHFARE SETBACK <br />34-32-25-11-0006 <br />6400 INUDSTRY BLVD. N.W. <br />August 10, 1990 <br /> <br />On August 23, 1990, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from thoroughfare <br />setback requirements in Section 170.016I of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. Nils Sundquist of Mate <br />Punch and Die Company located at 6400 Industry Blvd. N.W. on property legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The South 200 feet of the North 250 feet of the East 660 feet of Lot 1, Auditor's <br />Subdivison No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota, said distances being measured parallel to <br />the North and East lines of said Lot 1. <br /> <br />Together with the South 212.68 feet of the North 462.68 feet of the East 660 feet of Lot 1, <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 30 in Anoka County, Minnesota, said distances being measured <br />parallel to the North and East lines of said Lot, EXCEPT Parcels 6A and 8A as shown on <br />Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 1. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013G of tile Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />The facility currently existing on the subject property and the proposed expansion to same <br />are hereby granted a variance to encroach the 110 foot setback from the centerline of <br />Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. by 25 feet. <br /> <br />The existing facility on the subject property is hereby granted a variance to encroach on the <br />100 foot setback from Industry Blvd. N.W. by 20 feet. <br /> <br />Mr. Nils Sundquist hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he has reviewed the <br />conditions of the variance and has agreed that he will comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
