PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />FRONT YARD SETBACK & ACCESSORY STRUCTURE HEIGHT <br /> PIN 11-32-25-33o0003 <br /> 6360 167TH AVENUE N.W. <br /> 11/29/90 <br /> <br />On , 1990, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Section <br />170.015G of the Ramsey City Code to permit Steve Pinewski to construct an accessory structure <br />nearer the front property line than the principal structure at a height that would exceed that which is <br />permitted by City Code. The subject property is generally known as 6360 d167th Avenue N.W. <br />and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The West half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except road subject to <br />easement of record. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City <br />Code.
