Gm <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The parking aisle shall be at least 25 <br />feet in width, unless otherwise approved <br />by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The edge of the curb opening shall not <br />be closer to the nearest portion of a <br />street right-of-way intersection than 75 <br />feet or 2/3s of the lot width (whichever <br />is smaller); except that where a "T" <br />intersection exists, a drive may be <br />located opposite the end of the <br />intercepted street. <br /> <br />A minimum driveway angle to the street <br />shall be 60°. <br /> <br />5) The driveway pavement must: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Be at least 5 feet from any lot <br />lineo <br /> <br />Be at least 5 feet from the main <br />building. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Have a minimum driveway radii of 10 <br />feet. <br /> <br />Truck berths <br /> <br />Each business, commercial, manufacturing or <br />industrial use having deliveries made by <br />truck more than once a day between the hours <br />of 8 o'clock A.M. and 6 o'clock P.M., or <br />where the time of loading and unloading <br />materials or goods exceeds 10 minutes between <br />those hours, shall provide off-street truck <br />loading space on the lot, such space to be <br />not less than 35 feet in length, 12 feet in <br />width and 15 feet in height. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Loading and unloading facilities are to be <br />located in the rear yard; or side yard if <br />properly screened by a solid 6 foot fence or <br />other acceptable means. <br /> <br />The space needed for the loadinq and <br />unloading facilities must be ade.~uate to <br />handle the loading and unloading needs, <br />without obstructing public right-of-way. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
