Curbing <br /> <br />The entire perimeter of the parking stalls and <br />aisles, truck standing spaces and access driveways <br />shall be curbed with a six (6) inch high curbing <br />of poured or precast concrete. <br /> <br />C. Parking <br /> <br />Ail required parking stalls shall be located on <br />the premises to which such requirements apply or <br />on an off-street space distant not more than 500 <br />feet from such premises, provided that stalls <br />required for employees and proprietors of any <br />premises may be located on an off-street space <br />distant not more than !,000 feet from such <br />premises. <br /> <br />D. Parking stalls <br /> <br />For the purpose of this chapter, each parking <br />stall shall be not less than 300 square feet in <br />area, including a minimum width of 9 feet and a <br />minimum depth of 20 feet and whatever area is <br />required for satisfactory movement into and out of <br />such stall. <br /> <br />Off-street parking is prohibited in the <br />following areas: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Any portion of required 25 foot front <br />yard. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Any more than 2/3s of required rear <br />yard. <br /> <br />Any closer to a lot line than 5 feet. <br /> <br />Any closer to a main building than 5 <br />feet. <br /> <br />F. Driveway requirements <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />A maximum driveway width of 32 feet at <br />the curb opening, excluding the entrance <br />radii may be constructed without the <br />approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br /> <br />
