Subd. 15 <br /> <br />Any other outside storage shall be located or <br />screened, so as not to be visible from any of <br />the classes of residence districts. <br /> <br />H. Hazard <br /> <br />Every operation shall be carried on with <br />reasonable precautions against fire and <br />explosion hazards. <br /> <br />I. Water supply <br /> <br />The design and construction of water supply <br />facilities and water supply source shall be <br />in accord with City health standards and <br />requirements. <br /> <br />J. Waste <br /> <br />All sanitary sewage and industrial wastes <br />shall be treated and disposed of in such <br />manner as to comply with health standards and <br />requirements of the City and the State <br />Department of Health and the State Water <br />Pollution Control Commission. <br /> <br />Architectural Control and Appearance <br /> <br />All buildings erected shall conform to the <br />Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br />Building specifications must contain <br />sufficient data to indicate elevations, all <br />materials, textures, colors, and finishes for <br />all foundations, exterior walls and roofs of <br />buildings and for all storage fencing and <br />walls. <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and City Council will <br />review the overall appearance of the proposed <br />buildings in terms of the structure's <br />relationship and impact on adjacent land uses <br />and development. <br /> <br />The building should confo~-m with the existing <br />design and character of the industrial park, <br />and any adjacent businesses. The standards <br />for architectural treatment will be higher <br />for sides of buildings facing a street or a <br />residential area. <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
