Subd. 17 <br /> <br />The protective surface on exterior walls of a <br />building above ground level shall be maintained in <br />good repair so as to provide a sufficient covering <br />and protection of the structural surface <br />underneath against its deterioration. Without <br />limiting the generality of this section, a <br />protective surface of a building shall be deemed <br />to be out of repair if (a) more than 25% of the <br />area of any plane or wall on which the protective <br />surface is paint is blistered, cracked, flaked, <br />scaled or chalked away, or (b) more than 25% of <br />the pointing of any brick or stone wall is loose <br />or has fallen out. <br /> <br />Plat and Plan ADeroval <br /> <br />Subdivision plats must be submitted to the <br />City Planning Commission and the City Council <br />in conformance with City subdivision <br />regulations prior to development in an M-1 <br />Light Industrial District. <br /> <br />A site plan and security agreement shall be <br />required pursuant to Section 36-21 of the <br />zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />A complete set of building plans and <br />specifications certified by a registered <br />architect and engineer, sewage disposal and <br />water supply plans must accompany the site <br />plan. <br /> <br />De <br /> <br />No development shall be allowed until the <br />Planning Commission has reviewed and made a <br />recommendation and the City Council has <br />approved the deed restrictions for such a <br />district and evidence of filing such <br />restrictions is given to the City Council. <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br /> <br />
