Subd. 6 <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />A lot depth of not less than one hundred and <br />fifty (150) feet is required. <br /> <br />A minimum of ten (10) percent of the total <br />lot area shall be reserved for landscaping <br />use. Such landscaping shall conform in <br />design and appearance to other sections of <br />this chapter as approved by the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Front, Side and Rear Yard Re .~uirements <br /> <br />ae <br /> <br />Front yard. There shall be a front yard <br />having a depth of not less than twenty-five <br />(25) feet between buildings and the street <br />right-of-way line devoted exclusively to <br />landscaping except for necessary points of <br />access. <br /> <br />No building shall be erected closer than <br />thirty (30) feet to the right-of-way line of <br />any state highway, major, or secondary <br />thoroughfare. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Side yard. There shall be two side yards, <br />one on each side of any building, each of a <br />width of not less than twenty (20) feet, <br />except that where the district abuts or <br />adjoins a residence district, the side yard <br />width shall not be less than fifty feet. <br /> <br />De <br /> <br />Rear yard. There shall be a rear yard having <br />a depth of not less than thirty (30) feet, <br />except that where the district abuts or <br />adjoins a residential district, there shall <br />be a rear yard of not less than fifty (50) <br />feet. <br /> <br />No building shall be erected closer than <br />fifty (50) feet to any lot line adjacent to a <br />residential district. The areas between <br />buildings and streets or lot lines shall be <br />landscaped as buffer strips planted with <br />grass, shrubs, and trees and shall be <br />continuously maintained by the property owner <br />in a sightly manner. Additionally, or in the <br />alternative, the City may require a fence, <br />with a finished side out, to screen the <br />property from view from the residential <br />district. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
