Motion bv Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve <br />Anoka C'oun~y Central Communications' request for a conditional use permit for an <br />emergency radio receiver tower on Lot 2, Block 1, Autumn Heights 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwan noted that once the County has completed improvements to Cty. Rd. #83, it is <br />conceivable that the City could acquire ownership of Lot 1, Block 1, Autumn Heights 2nd <br />Addition, as a site for public use. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution ~t90-04-106 requesting City of Ramsey ownership of property known as Lot 1, <br />Block 1, Autumn Heights 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Pearson noted that the Fire Board did agree to review <br />the possibility of acquiring Lot 1, Block 1, Autumn Heights 2nd Addition as a future site <br />for a fn'e station. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Request For Final Plat Approval Of Stanhope Terrace; Case Of <br />Marie Skiba: <br /> <br />Mark Banwan recalled that City Council granted preliminary plat approval to Stanhope <br />Terrace on December 19, 1989. The plat consists of 16 rural residential lots. Mr. Banwart <br />noted that variances to lot size will be required for Lot 2, Block 2 and Lot 2, Block 3. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt <br />Resolution #90-04-107 to approve the final plat of Stanhope Terrace Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~7: <br /> <br />Modify Development Program For Development District No. 1, <br />Modify Tax Increment Financing Plan for TIF No. 2, Create <br />TIF District No. 5 Within Development District No. 1 and <br />Adopt A TIF Plan For TIF District No. 5: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the only resolution he is requesting Council consideration of is that <br />which would modify the development program for Development District No. 1 and a tax <br />increment financing plan for TIF District No. 5. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #90-04-108 approving a modified development program for Development <br />District No. 1 and a Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District <br />No. 5. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
