Smiley, Jim Manthis and Joel Goldsn'and proceeded to review the proposed layout of <br />the golf course and club house. <br /> <br />Upon inquiry, Mr. Mevissen stated that a 2 foot reduction in street pavement width would <br />be acceptable in Northfork 5th Addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve <br />the preliminary plat of Northfork P.U.D. (5th Addition) with variances to cul-de-sac <br />length, reducing roadway pavement widths to 29 feet and per the City Engineer's report <br />dated May 15, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Case 4/7: Request For Final Plat Approval Of Boike Addition; Case of <br /> Sylvester Brothers Development Company: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that Boike Addition is a minor subdivision consisting of 2 lots on 37 <br />acres located south of Hwy. #10 on Llama Street. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson inquired if another park dedication will be due for future <br />resubdivision. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart replied that park dedication would be due at the time of resubdivisions for the <br />new lots created. <br /> <br />A discussion ensued regarding the status of Llama Street with respect to public or private <br />easements and alignment. <br /> <br />Public Works Superintendent Mevissen stated that the roadway has been maintained by the <br />City for more than 6 years continuously and therefore becomes a right-of-way for a city <br />street. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to table <br />action on the request for final plat approval of Boike Addition until the roadway alignment <br />and right-of-way with respect to Llama Street is resolved. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. Absent: Counc~member Cich. <br /> <br />Case #8: Request For Final Plat Approval Of Park 67 Industrial Park <br /> Addition; Case Of Park Acquisition, Inc.: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that Park 67 consists of 4 lots on 10 acres that currently have legal <br />description problems which the minor subdivision would resolve. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley advised against approving the plat with a temporary road easement to access <br />what otherwise would be a landlocked parcel, Lot 3. <br /> <br />City Council/May 22, 1990 <br />Page 18 of 27 <br /> <br /> <br />
