Improvement Plan exist. The City has eight Urban Area Zoning Districts. Most major streets and highways are adequately <br />spaced and sized and meet the community's needs. In addition, the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />includes a thoroughfare plan which is used to determine the location of additional streets as new <br />development ocours. <br /> <br />ROADS AND HIGHWAYS <br /> <br />Access to Interstate 1-94 is 15 miles away. Federal Highways #10 and #169 are immediately <br />accessible from Ramsey along with State Highway #47. U.S. Highway #10 is a major <br /> <br /> <br />
