PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Anoka County Sheriff Kenneth Wilkinson stated that since his last visit with the Ramsey City <br />Council in November, 1989, the working relationship between Anoka County Sheriffs Department <br />and the Ramsey Police Department continues to be an excellent one.
