Further Discussion: Douglas Fountain, 15255 Garnet Street N.W. - inquired if the granting of an access onto 153rd Avenue N.W. to John Gobernatz will set a precedent of allowing unlimited accesses to 153rd Avenue N.W. by any individual who requests it. Mr. Hartley replied that it is not the City's intention to permit unlimited access to 153rd Avenue N.W. as that road is a limited access highway.
