Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Rezone the Proposed Plat of Fox Ridge Estates <br />from R.1 Rural Residential to Planned Unit Development; Case of <br />Gerald Bauer. <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik recalled that on December 19, 1989, City Council adopted findings of fact and <br />introduced and ordinance to rezone the proposed plat of Fox Ridge Estates. Adoption of that <br />ordinance has been planned for in the same timeframe as final plat approval of Fox Ridge Estates <br />which is also on tonight's Council agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt Ordinance g90- <br />17 to rezone the proposed plat of Fox Ridge Estates from R-1 Rural Residential to Planned Unit <br />Development. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
