<br />RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Wednesday. September 5, 1990 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center. 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W.. Ramsey, Minnesota regarding <br />Improvement Project #90-07 (overlay improvement in Autumn Heights Addition). <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia FroHle <br />Peter Raatikka, Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 7:16 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the total project cost for 90-07 was $54,676.28. In accordance with City <br />J Code, the City will pay one half of the cost of this project, leaving the amount to be assessed at <br />$27,338.14. There are 53 units to be assessed for a per unit cost of $515.81. The property <br />owners have 30 days to pay the assessment with no interest; if not, the project will be rolled over <br />onto the property taxes for a ten year period beginning May of 1991. Mr. Raatikka noted that there <br />is still some road shoulder work yet to be completed by the City. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn the public <br />hearing for Improvement Project #90-07. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Peterson.
