<br />RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATf OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Wednesday, September 5. 1990 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regardinp <br />Improvement Project #90-09 (overlay improvement in Halls Dover Acres Addition). <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Council member Richard Cich <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Peter Raatikka, Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that actual project cost for #90-09 was $31,147.95, of which the City is <br />'! paying one half. The remaining amount to be assessed is $15,573.97. There are 32 units to be <br />assessed for a per unit cost of $486.69. The property owners have 30 days to pay the assessment <br />without incurring any interest; if not, the assessment will be added to the tax rolls for a period of <br />ten (0) years beginning in May of 1991. Mr. Raatikka noted that there is still some road shoulder <br />work yet to be completed by the City on this project <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn the public <br />hearing for Improvement Project #90-09. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Peterson.
