Mr. Hanley inquired if Council wishes to do anything in regard to Mr, <br />Blakemore's objection to the assessment based on the lot not being subdividable. Mayor Reimann <br />replied that Mr. Blakemore will have to pursue his case in District Court. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cich, DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Peterson.
