MINNESOTA 55303 · (612) 427.1410 <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Chairman Gerald Zimmerman, Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />CC: Planning and Zoning Commissioners <br />Economic Development Commissioners <br /> <br />FROM: Chairman Kenneth Wagner, Economic Development Commission <br /> <br />DATE: November 15, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: Industrial Zoning Proposals <br /> <br />It is the Economic Development Commission's recommendation to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission that the area West of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and East of Ramsey Boulevard should <br />be zoned as proposed in the final edition of the Adult Use Ordinance approved by City CounciJ on <br />November 13, 1990. The proposal for the area South of County Road #116 and North of the <br />Burlington Northern Railroad tracks is to remain I-I Industrial District. <br /> <br />The Economic Development Commission would also recommend the creation of the new zoning of <br />Light Industrial zoning for the area described as East of Sunfish Lake Boulevard to the boundary <br />line with the City of Anoka and South of County Road #116 and North of the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad tracks. This type of zoning would complement the zoning adopted by the City of Anoka <br />for the project East of this area. <br /> <br />, <br />~ <br />4 <br /> <br />'-I <br />
