SECTION 4, SECRETARY'S DUTIES, SUBDIVISION 3. <br /> <br />At the end of each year the secretary and treasurer shall jointly prepare a detailed annual <br />report of the receipts and expenditures for the year showing to whom and for what purpose <br />all money has been paid, and prepare and file such reports as required by law. Such report <br />shall be presented at the annual meeting of the association. <br /> <br />SECTION 5, TREASURER'S DUTIES, SUBDIVISION 1 <br /> <br />The treasurer shall receive and safely keep all money belonging to the association from <br />whatever source derived, and shall promptly enter in a book provided for the purpose, an <br />account of all money received and disbursed by the treasurer, showing the source and <br />objects thereof with the date of each transaction. He/she shall pay out money only upon <br />checks signed by himself/herself and countersigned by the president. Such checks when <br />paid and canceled shall be retained as vouchers. Such accounts and vouchers shall be <br />exhibited to the Board of Trustees upon request. <br /> <br />SECTION 5, TREASURER'S DUTIES, SUBDIVISION 2. <br /> <br />At each regular meeting of the Board of Trustees the treasurer shall make a report showing <br />his/her balances and receipts and the treasurer and secretary shall jointly prepare a detailed <br />annual report of the receipts and expenditures of the association for the year showing to <br />whom and for what purpose all money has been paid and prepare and file such reports as <br />required by law. Such report shall be presented at the annual meeting of the association. <br /> <br />SECTION 6, PRESIDENT, SECRETARY AND TREASURER BONDS. <br /> <br />Before entering upon their duties the president, secretary and treasurer shall file with the <br />City Administrator of the City of Ramsey a good and sufficient bond, with sufficient surety <br />approved by the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />SECTION 7, AUDIT. <br /> <br />The Board of Trustees shall order an audit of the books and accounts of the secretary and <br />treasurer annually, according to law. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III, FUNDS. <br /> <br />SECTION 1, GENERAL FUND. <br /> <br />The funds received by this association from dues, fines, initiation fees, entertainments, and <br />other miscellaneous sources shall be kept in a general fund on the books of the secretary <br />and treasurer and may be disbursed by the Board of Trustees for any purpose reasonably <br />suited to the welfare of the association and its members. <br /> <br />SECTION 2, SPECIAL FUND. <br /> <br />All funds received by this association from the City of Ramsey for f'zre department relief, all <br />funds received from the State of Minnesota and all funds or property donated, granted, or <br />devised to this association for the benefit of this fund shall be kept in a special fund on the <br />books of the secretary and treasurer and shall not be disbursed for any purpose except <br />those authorized by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
