association, regardless of resignation or removal, subject to payment of dues and such <br />other regulation which may from time to time be imposed. <br /> <br />SECTION 5, FRAUD. <br /> <br />Any member who shall, in the opinion of a majority of the Board of Trustees, fraudulently <br />claim benefits from, defraud or attempt to defraud the association in any way shall be <br />terminated from membership by the Board of Trustees, and shall forfeit all further rights to <br />benefits from the association. <br /> <br />ARTICLE V., MEETINGS. <br /> <br />SECTION 1, MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. <br /> <br />Special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be called by the president or by any two <br />members of the board by writing, filed with the secretary, who 'shall thereupon give notice <br />to all trustees of the time and place of the meeting at least three days before such meeting. <br />Such meetings are to be held at any place designated by the Board in the State of <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />There shall be at least one regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held each month. No <br />notice of such meeting shall be necessary. <br /> <br />SECTION 2, ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP. <br /> <br />The annual meeting of this association shall be held on the 3rd Thursday of January of each <br />year. The place of the meeting shall be designated and may be changed from time to time <br />by the Board of Trustees. If the date of the annual meeting falls on a legal holiday it shall <br />be held on the next succeeding Thursday. <br /> <br />SECTION 3, SPECIAL MEETINGS OF THE MEMBERSHIP. <br /> <br />Special meetings of the members may be called at any time upon the written order of the <br />president and one other member of the Board of Trustees. The order shall be filed with the <br />secretary of the association, and he/she shall thereupon give notice of the meeting to each <br />member of the Board of Trustees and to each member of this association entitled to vote at <br />the meeting. No other business shall be transacted at a special meeting than that specified <br />in the notice of the meeting. <br /> <br />SECTION 4, QUORUMS. <br /> <br />A majority of the members of the Board of Trustees shall constitute a quorum for the <br />transaction of any business at meetings of the board, and 51 percent of the members of the <br />association shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business at the annual or at <br />any special meeting of the members. A number less than a quorum shall adjourn any <br />meeting of the Board of Trustees or the annual or any special meeting of the members. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VI., APPLICATION FOR BENEFITS. <br /> <br />SECTION 1, FORMS. <br /> <br />All applications for relief or pension benefits shall be in writing on forms supplied by the <br />secretary. <br /> <br /> <br />
