Any person who shall violate any provision of <br />sections 84.81 to 84.89 or any regulation of the commissioner of <br />natural resources or of the commissioner of public safety pro- <br />mulgated pm'suant to law shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. A person registered as owner of a snowmobile may <br />be fined not to exceed $300 if a snowmobile bearing his registra- <br />tion number is operated contrary ~o the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 84.81 to 84.88, 100.26, Subdivision 1, or 100.29, <br />Subdivisions 28 or 29.
