PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />February 6, 1990 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. David Bawden <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to <br />order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />NODe. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to approve <br />the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br />Case#3: Report On Parliamentary Procedure Workshop attended by P&Z <br /> Commissioners. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Hendriksen, <br />Deemer and Shumway. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:36 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearing: <br /> <br />Request for a conditional use permit to establish a yard waste compost site; case of <br />Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 8:36 p.m. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/February 6, 1990 <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
