PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:39 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearing: <br /> <br />Request for a conditional use permit to site a communications receiving pole on Lot <br />1, Block 3, Autumn Heights Addition; case of County of Anoka. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular meeting back to order at 7:51 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to approve <br />Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting minutes dated February 6, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Deemer and Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated <br />February 13, 1990. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart provided the Commission with an update on the sale of City property and <br />Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.'s request for a conditional use permit for a compost <br />site. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Acceptance Of Roy Shumway's Resignation From The Ramsey <br />Planning And Zoning Commission And Board Of Adjustment: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to accept the <br />resignation of Roy Shumway from the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of <br />Adjustment. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Banwart stated that interviews with applicants for the <br />Conm'fission vacancy will be tentative scheduled for the Commission's meeting in April. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request For Sketch Plan Review Of Hauser Addition; Case Of <br /> Hauser Properties: <br /> <br />Jon Albinson was present representing the owner of the subject property and stated that this <br />particular subdivision was previously submitted as a lot split based on B-1 zoning.
