The Commission proceeded to review the City Engineer's report dated FebruaD' 27, 1990. <br /> <br />A discussion ensued regarding accesses to the development; the t~pplicant is requesting to <br />retain the two accesses onto Ct3,. Rd. #83 and create two additional accesses onto 146th. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart noted that on January 11, 1990, the Park and Recreation Commission <br />recommended requiring cash to satisfy park dedication requirements. In addition, it <br />appem-s that park dedication was never collected for Lot 3, Brooks Superette, and should <br />be collected with this subdivision. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and secondod by Commissioner Deemer to approve the <br />sketch plan for Hauser Addition as per the City Engineer's review dated February 27, 1990 <br />and to recommend that City Council approve the final plat of the minor subdivision. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Jon Albinson inquired as to the Commission's recommendation with <br />respect to access. The Commission replied that accesses would be discussed during Case <br />#3 (Site plan approval for Hauser Properties' building). <br /> <br />Amendment by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to direct <br />City Staff to initiate action to rezone B-1 Business property outside the MUSA boundary to <br />Rural Business. <br /> <br />Amendment carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Ten3,. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request For Site Plan Review Of Hauser Properties Building; <br />Case Of Hauser Properties: <br /> <br />Jon Albinson was present representing the property owner. <br /> <br />lx,k. Banwart stated that the proposed site plan consists of a 4,000 square foot masonry <br />building to constructed on Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the site plan and the City Engineer's report dated <br />February 27, 1990. <br /> <br />A lengthy discussion ensued regarding proposed accesses to the development. The <br />applicant is requesting to retain the two existing accesses onto Cry. Rd. #83 and creating <br />two new accesses onto 146th. The City Engineer has recommended elin'dnating one of the <br />accesses to Ct,,,. Rd. #83 and relocating the access onto 146th 150 feet from the centerline <br />of Ct>,.
