Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to table <br />action on Anoka County's request for a conditional use permit for a radio receiver tower <br />until the regular Planning and Zoning meeting in April aaa that said request will be placed <br />on that particular agenda as Case #1. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Case #8: <br /> <br />Review Establishment Of Information Required On Certificate <br />Of Survey: <br /> <br />The hour was late and the Commission tabled discussion of information to be required on <br />Certificates of Survey. It was noted that some of the information proposed to be required <br />will require the establishment of permanent benchmarks. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairman Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend <br />that City Council authorize the City Engineer to proceed to establish permanent benchmarks <br />in the City of Ramsey in order that surveyors will have reliable benchmarks from which to <br />work. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None.
