Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to accept the <br />North Fork P.U.D. concept plan amendment as per the City Engineer's report dated <br />February 27, 1990 and with the following recommendations of the Commission: a) <br />variances be granted to cul-de-sac lengths; b) all lots contain at least one acre of area; c) <br />street widths comply with City standards; d) alternative locations for golf course parking <br />lot be considered; e) alternative layout for lots on Jarvis Street be considered to limit <br />access onto Jarvis Street. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Deemer and Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Case #6: Request For Sketch Plan Approval Of Autumn Heights 2nd <br /> Addition; Case Of County Of Anoka: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that this minor subdivision is a resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 3, <br />Autumn Heights Addition into two lots which will be named Autumn Heights 2nd <br />Addition. The subject property is zoned Rural Business, owned by Anoka County, and is <br />tax forfeit but not tax exempt. Anoka County is currently in the process of applying for a <br />conditional use permit to have a receiver pole on Lot 2, Autumn Heights 2nd Addition; Lot <br />1 is marketable. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to accept the <br />sketch plan for Autumn Heights 2nd Addition and to recommend City Council approve the <br />final plat for the minor subdivision. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to recommend <br />that the City Council authorize initiating action for the City to acquire Lot 1, Block 1, <br />Autumn Heights 2nd Addition for future public use. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Request For A Conditional Use Permit To Construct And <br />Maintain An Emergency Radio Receiver Tower; Case Of Anoka <br />County Central Communications: <br /> <br />Morrie Mox was present representing Ano 'ka County's request for a conditional use pe,'vrfit <br />to develop a radio receiver tower on Lot 2, Block 1, Autumn Heights 2nd Addition. Mr. <br />Mox referred to concerns expressed at the public hearing and stated that if at all possible, <br />no trees will be removed in order to develop the receiver tower and equipment shelter. <br />Morrie stated that he is also willing to have this case tabled in order to allow him time to <br />meet with concerned neighbors for the purpose of coming to an agreeable format for <br />constructing the receiver tower on the subject property. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/March 6, 1990 <br /> Page 7 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
