Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />CASE OF <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed minor subdivision consists of two lots on approximately 37 acres, more or less. <br />The existing and proposed zoning is R-1R Rural Residential. The property is generally located in <br />the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. The P.I.N. is 29-32-25-24-0001. For your information, the following items <br />are enclosed. <br /> <br />^) <br />B) <br />C) <br /> <br />Site plan map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />City Engineer's Review (April 24, 1990) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On April 12, 1990, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Sylvester <br />Brothers Development Company for Boike Addition. <br /> <br />On May 1, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended sketch plan <br />approval of Boike Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated April 24, 1990 and directed <br />the developer to proceed to the City Council for final plat approval. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends sketch plan approval of Boike Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated <br />April 24, 1990. <br /> <br />Park and Recreation Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to accept/not accept cash to satisfy the park dedication requirement for Boike Addition as <br />per the City Landscape Architect's Review dated May 4, 1990. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br /> Chief of Police <br /> Finance Officer <br />.
