CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, July 31, 1990, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councitmember Kenneth Peterson (arrived 5:35 p.m.) <br />Counciknember Alan Pearson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Mr. Merland Otto/Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special City Council meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN iNPUT: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, and Cich. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Peterson. <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution Approving a Modified Development Program for <br />Development District #1 and a Modified Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan for Tax Increment Financing District #2 and Motion to Adopt <br />A Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Authorizing <br />Advertising for Bids on Project #90-30. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the Modified Development Program for Development District #1 includes <br />Ramsey Investments proposed facility for ParaBody and the extension of McKinley Street N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt Resolution <br />40P0-07-225 Approving a Modified Development Program for Development District #1 and a <br />Modified Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District #2. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich and <br />Peterson.
