He stated they could each bring something whether it be cookies, <br />hors d'oeuvres, etc. They would discuss the details lattr and work that out with David Hartley. <br /> <br />It was consensus of the Council that December I3th at 5:00 would be set aside for Empiovee <br />Appreciation Day for City Staff to honor and thank City Staff for all their work. The cost wili be <br />incurred bv the Councilmembers. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson asked Mr. Goodrich if there was an update regarding the dra.,nage pond <br />on Juniper Ridge. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich replied them was no update. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley informed City Council that she had been contacted by the Sar and <br />Tribune regarding the money spent on legal fees regarding the Adult Book Store and that she <br />would probably be quoted in an article they were doing. She stated she told them approximately <br />$35,000.00 had been spent and that the City is hoping to be eligible for a $12.000.00 rebate from <br />the League of Minnesota Cities. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adjourn the regular <br />City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Cich, DeLuca and <br />Pearson.
