The following summarizes the status of those improvements and changes to the program. Install 1991 Contract Award Complete 1991 Complete Observations: - The fishing pier allocation will not be used for cost sharing but will remain in the park improvement revolving fund. - Improvements at River's Bend Park in 1990-1991 are financed with CDBG funds. Central Park ballfield improvements were funded through the general fund anticipating that park bond proceeds would be used to reimburse the general fund. - Perimeter timbers were financed by a reallocation of funds from other park projects.
