Members Present: Mayor Gary Reimann Counc[!membc,r Alan Pearson Councilmembcr Kenneth Petcrson Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca Councilmember Richard Cich Also Present: CiD' Administrator David Hartley CiD, Engineer Steven Jankowski Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik Peter Raat' '~:ka, Hakanson Anderson Associates CALL TO ORDER Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 7:16 p.m. PRESENTATION Mr. Raatikka stated that the total project cost for 90-07 was $54,676.28. In accordance with City Code, the City will pay one half of the cost of this project, leaving the amount to be assessed at $27,338.14. There are 53 units to be assessed for a per unit cost of $5t5.81. The property owners have 30 days to pay the assessment with no interest; if not, the project will be roiled over onto the property taxes for a ten year period beginning May of 1991. Mr. Raaf 'hkka noted that there is still some road shoulder work yet to be completed by the City. CITIZEN INPUT None. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn the public hearing for Improvement Project ~.-"90-07. Motion carried.
