DeLuca <br />Councdlmember Richard Cich <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CiD, Administrator David Hartlev <br />CiD, Engineer Steven JankowskJ <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Peter Raatikka, Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the actual project cost was $47,037.22 of which the City is paying one <br />half. The amount remaining to be assessed is $23,518.61. There are 52 units to be assessed for a <br />per unit cost of $452.28. The property owners have 30 days to pay the assessment without <br />incurring any interest or the assessment will be placed on the tax rolls for a period of ten (103 years <br />be~nning May of 1991. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Ben Yunker - 8751 169th Lane N.W. - Mr. Yunker inquired if the affected property owners <br />will receive a notice of the assessments in the mail.
