Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilrnember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmcmber Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David R. Hartley <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley <br />Cit3, Attorney William Goodrich <br />City En~neer Steve Jankowski <br />Merland Otto, Hakanson Anderson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. and led in the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Douglas Fountain, 15255 Gm-met Street N.W., Ramsey - questioned what the status of the Brush <br />Chipping Program was. (There was an effort made to locate Mr. Gromberg to answer Mr. <br />Fountain's question, however, he wasn't in the building at that time.) Mr. Fountain also asked <br />how Wojcik Auto Sales began operating in the City again. He stated he looked at a vehicle there <br />the night before and that the person who was trying to sell him the vehicle stated he was associated <br />with Robert Wojcik when Mr. Fountain asked him. <br /> <br />Svlvia Frolik, Zoning Administrator stated she has been in contact with the police Department <br />regarding the used car sales lot at Highway #10 and Count3, Road #56. At the present time there is <br />nobody iicensed in the City of Ramsey to sell vehicles at that location. She stated that Robert <br />Wo.jcik does not have a Cit3, or State license and she has no proof Mr. Wojcik is selling autos from <br />that site. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded bv Councilmember Cich to approve the agenda <br />with the f'ollowing modifications: <br /> <br />Add Case #11: Discuss Recycling Program <br />Add Case #12: Personnel Committee Report <br />Mayor and Council Input: Review letter from Mrs. Batson regarding the <br />dra'inage problem from Sorteberg's 6th Addition. <br /> <br />Motion cm'-ried.
