Motion by Commissioner Hcndrikscn and seconded by Commissione: Dccmcr to table action on Anoka County's request for a conditional usc permit for a radio receiver tower until the regular Planning and Zoning meeting in April and that said request will be placed on that particular agenda as Case #1. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. Case #8: Review Establishment Of Information Required On Certificate Of Survey: The hour was late and the Commission tabled discussion of information to be required on Certificates of Survey. It was noted that some of the information proposed to be required will require the establishment of permanent benchmarks. Motion by Chairman Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner La.Due to recommend that City Council authorize thc City Engineer to proceed to establish permanent benchmarks in the City of Ramsey in order that surveyors will have reliable benchmarks from which to work. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, Bawden and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. Case ~9: Discussion Of Ordinance Amendment To Increase House Size Requirements In The Unsewered Areas: This case was tabled. Case #10: Discussion Of Declassifying Dysprosium Street N.W. As An MSA Route In The Flintwood PUD: This case was tabled. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Commissioner La.Due and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to adjourn the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, Deemer and Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry.
