City of Ramsey <br /> <br />15153 NOW"THEN BOULEVARD N.W., RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 · (612) 427.1410 <br /> <br />January 4, 1990 <br /> <br />Subject: <br /> <br />Request for Estimated Cost of Providing INFORMATION REQUIRED ON <br />CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY <br /> <br />To whom it ma), concern: <br /> <br />Over the last several months, the City of Ramsey Staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />have been working together in formulating what information should be required on Certificates of <br />Survey for new principal structures in the City of Ramsey. See attached draft "Information <br />Required on Certificate of Survey". <br /> <br />Prior to submittal of a resolution on Information Required on Certificate of Survey, the Ramsey <br />Community Development Department is requesting your assistance, as Registered Land <br />Surveyors, a generalized range of the cost to provide the Requested Information on the Certificate <br />of Survey and any other input you would like to provide regarding the scope and detail of the <br />information we are going to be requesting. <br /> <br />As you may be aware, during the last part of 1989, the City of Ramsey approved numerous <br />subdivision plats. In consideration of this fact, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />would like to implement INFORMATION REQUIRED ON CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY in the <br />near future prior to the flood of building permits that is anticipated. Therefore, we respectfully <br />request response on this matter by Janua_D' 23, 1990.
