Proposed slope or grade of ground for a distance of not less than twenty-five feet (25') in <br />front of and in back of the proposed structure. <br /> <br />Environmental <br /> <br />The proposed disposal of drainage and surface water, indicating direction of surface water <br />drainage by arrows. (Must be consistent with approved grading or development plan.) <br /> <br />The proposed location of drainfield, septic tank and wells (This applies to non-sewered <br />areas). <br /> <br />The proposed location of buffed fuel tanks (if applicable). <br /> <br />All existing wetlands, ponds, streams and lakes to scale from OHW and/or bluff line per <br />U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development National Flood Insurance Pro,am. <br />For ponds and lakes, the normal water level and the 100-year flood elevation must be <br />indicated on the survey. This information can be obtained from the City Engineer's office. <br /> <br />Indicate, if known, any grading to be done along State designated Scenic Rum River areas <br />or Mississippi River Critical River's Corridor. Indicate bluff lines. Grading in these areas <br />must comply with applicable City Code/Ordinances. <br /> <br />Hol~se / Structure(s) <br /> <br />Locations of all existing building(s) on the subject lot. <br /> <br />Location and distance of building(s) located on adjacent lots that appear to be within the <br />required setbacks. <br /> <br />Location, including front, side yard and rear yard setback dimensions to the proposed <br />structure.
