As a result of that error, it
appeared that 50 units was the EAW threshold in all unsewered areas,
whereas in actuality 50 units was intended to be the threshold only
in unsewered, unincorporated areas. In unsewered, incorporated areas
the threshold was intended to be 100 units.

This error has been corrected in the most recent edition of the rules
--see page 48 of the enclosed rule copy.

I am also enclosing a copy of the most recent Guide to the Rules
document for your use.

If there are any further questions about this matter, please call me
at 296-8253.

Sincerely,

Gregg Downing '
Environmental Review Coordinator

Enclosures

An Equal Opportunity Ernl2Coyer
