NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing on April 3, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Gerald Bauer's request for pre-final plat approval of the proposed Trott Brook Ponds P.U.D. The proposed plat consists of approximately two hundred (200) acres and is proposed to be developed with seventy-two (72) single-family rural residential lots. The property is legally described as follows: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter, the North Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter, and that part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter lying west of the center line of State Highway #47, all in Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count),, Minnesota.
