CITY OF RAMSEY <br />GRADING, MINING, FILLING AND/OR <br />SOIL IMPORT AND STOCKPILING PERMIT <br /> <br />A conditional use permit was issued to Busse Construction, Inc. <br />to grade, mine and stockpile soil on the property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northeast 1/4 of Section 7 and Southwest 1/4 of <br />Section 8 all in Township 32N, Range 25W, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />This.permit.is issued.pursuant.to, Section 170.017M of the Ramsey <br />City Code. This conditional use permit is limited to one year <br />in duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br />with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />A phasing plan and restoration plan shall be provided and <br />followed to minimize wind and water erosion of the site and <br />which plan shall not allow for more than five acres to be <br />exposed at any one time. Said plans are attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as Exhibit A. Restoration as used <br />herein shall be defined as meaning grading and top soil <br />replacement and-grass, seeding, such-%hat turf is established <br />which will prevent water and wind erosion. Weather <br />permitting, the restoration schedule proposed in the permit <br />application shall be observed. <br /> <br />Ail final slopes shall be less than four feet horizontal to <br />one foot vertical (4:1). <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
