To: Ramsey City Council
15153 Nowthen Blvd.
Ramsey, MN 55303

Re: Proposed Cedar Hills Development

We have been Ramsey residents for over 8 years. We, like so many others,
moved here for the uncluttered open feeling we have here. Many of our
neighbors have been here for a lot longer than us. Just in the past
year, the city has hit our immediate development for just about every
imaginable major change,i.e. Atlas, Landfill, paved streets. Now we
are'faced with a large new development directly east of Hunter's Hill.

We are not opposed to new development in Ramsey. We are only requesting
serious examinations into every aspect of a development the size of Cedar
Hills. Hunter's Hill can not withstand the enormous flow of future traffic.
The plans indicate many new houses. This area needs to have access roads
to the MAJOR roadways. Hunter's Hill is not an access road.

Another factor will probably be proper drainage. I certainly don't want
to see our development buried under water. The excavating and planning
of Cedar Hills has to allow for run-off water to go to a PROPER place -
not my backyard or my neighbors.

Why was our development put here - only to have the city decide to try
and drive us out? You will have a tough fight. Most of us have been here
for a long time and won't give up easily.

Please review all the options. We know you can come up with a plan that
will be feasible for all involved.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Chris Villeneuve
62&9-143rd Lane N.W.
Ramsey, PIN
421-4407
