Page 3 <br />Hunters Hill Petition <br />144th Lane N.W. Cul-de-sac <br /> <br />way traffic and pedestrians and bicycle traffic at the rate <br />traffic would increase with the proposed housing developments. <br /> <br />We, the residents of Hunters Hill, find that the continuation <br />of 144th Lane N.W. to the east into the new housing developments <br />would put an undue burden on our neighborhood including the <br />facts of traffic hazards, excessive traffic through a residential <br />area, congestion, nuisance and safety. This does NOT promote <br />the health, safety, comfort and convenience of our residents <br />as stated in the Purpose of the Ramsey Zoning Ordinances. <br /> <br />We respectfully submit the Petition to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and the City Council for the purpose in which it is <br />intended. <br /> <br />Please note that all attachments are an intergral part of <br />the petition. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Hunters Hill Property Owners. <br /> <br /> <br />
