The proposed plat consists of 113 residential lots. <br /> <br />Block 8 of the plat abutts the Magnesium Pond which is a <br />general development lake. The lots adjacent to this lake must <br />have 15,000 square feet above the ordinary high water mark, <br />75 feet of water frontage and a structure setback of 50 feet <br />from the ordinary high water mark. Lot 1 does not provide <br />adequate setback from the OHW level. Lots 2,3,4 and 5 have <br />in excess of 75 feet of water frontage and have 15,000 square <br />feet above the ordinary high water mark.
